I signed up but never got the confirmation email
Confirmation is a 6 digit code sent to the address you signed up with. Check your spam or junk folder first, since a first message from a new sender often lands there. If it is not there after a few minutes, tap Resend code on the confirmation screen. Still nothing? Email us and we will confirm the account from our side.
I forgot my password
Tap Forgot password on the sign in screen and enter your email. We send a reset link that opens a page where you choose a new password. The link is single use and expires, so request a fresh one if it has been sitting in your inbox for a while.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings, then Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, use the delete account page and we will verify by email instead.
Deletion has a 30 day grace period. Your account is deactivated right away and permanently removed after 30 days. If you change your mind inside that window, just sign back in and the account is restored. After 30 days it cannot be recovered.
How do I cancel Dram Club?
Dram Club billing is handled by the app store you bought it from, not by us, so cancelling happens there:
- iPhone or iPad: Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pour Decision, then Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play app, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then Pour Decision, then Cancel.
You keep member access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, so refund requests have to go through the store rather than through us.
A bottle is missing, or its details are wrong
You can add a bottle yourself from the add to bunker flow, including from a photo of the label. If a bottle already in the app has something wrong with it, use the correction option on the bottle page and it comes straight to us.
Something in the app is broken
Email support@scotch4dummies.com with your device, the app version from Settings, and what you were doing at the time. A screenshot is worth a lot. We are a small team and we do read these.
